THE BEET JUICE TO MY HEART

Prepping Beet Juice

Hello there! Welcome back, I see you’re in for some treat today. 🙂 Lately, the weather has declared war with us in southern California reaching incredible peaks! I’ve been researching how to make myself feel energized and focus throughout my day.

Let me tell you how I got you covered with this raw Beet juice, packed with nutrients. This is a very simple juice to make. But before we head into the recipe, first I want to discuss, why Beet Juice?

At, first I only drank beet juice because of the taste. Somehow I’d always felt refreshed after drinking beet juice and after doing it frequently, at least twice a week, I personally noticed a difference in my energy levels.

It was only appropriate for me to do research. Turns out that experts say Beets contain nitrates which essentially help improve blood flow. Now, you may ask why is this is even important to know? Well, because essentially moving more oxygen throughout your body will give you the ability to feel less exhausted and did I mention your brain functioning will thank you too?! Hint! Many athletes consume beet juice before competitions or training. They claim improvement in their physical and mental performance after drinking beet juice 2-3 hours before their activity.

Therefore, you now know the next time that heat exhaustion wave happens, help yourself to a fresh beet juice cup to ultimately prevent you from feeling psychically and mentally fatigued.

“When there’s a will there’s a way.”
