How to live Limitlessly

Hi everyone! I hope you’re all having a productive day whether that’s working online, working on new skills, or taking care of your children and household. Without further delay, today’s blog is dedicated to living life more limitless. So you’re probably wondering how do we do that? We’re locked down and yada yada. Either you love complaining or maybe others around you love complaining. This isn’t something new because of the current global circumstance we’re all in. Everyone complains because it is easier but now is the time to analyze your habits to grow more substantially in different areas such as emotionally, socially, spiritually, physiologically, intellectually and maybe even financially. This is a matter of knowing what information you’ll take in to come out with something that will help you grow. And of course, this isn’t a fad article about how to get growing right away. It’s about making the reading of this article only the eye-opener while the real work is getting it done. It doesn’t matter if you do 20 push-ups or 500 push-ups or if you read 10 pages versus an entire book. You get where I am going…the Action is the effect this article will take on you. And if I am writing this article from the comfort of my home office wearing my sweat pants while sipping on my matcha than so be it. Welcome to the informational data era. My job is to condense this information for you to benefit quickly from chunks of information.

“You reap what you sow”.

Here’s a breakdown of what you could be doing right this second to grow in these areas:

Emotionally:  Write down your worries. This way you have a better understanding of what your feeling inside. Many times we don’t know where our emotions come from or how to explain them. So begin journaling them. Grab a piece of paper and a pencil then allow yourself to have a sense of clarity and relief.

Socially: Don’t be too negative or complain all the time. These types of behaviors will only alienate you. There’s a world already made up of the worst and the best of humanity as you can tell by the news; so rather than complaining show your kindness, cheerfulness, and quirkiness. I assure you that this will bring better friendships than stinky friendships. Of course, those social media challenges of selfies or pushups were annoying but, you gotta admit they brought the social spirit up for many of us by sharing smiles and positive engagement.

Spiritually: Read 1 or 5 pages a day of the bible until you complete the Bible. If you’ve accomplished this in the past then do it again. Only this other time, team up with a friend, partner or family member.

Physiologically: If you exercise already than awesome for you! But science shows that there’s always room for improvement. There are various types of workouts and it is possible to work out every muscle from the comfort of your home. So no excuses! Get up and Youtube best training for strength. Start with 5 push-ups a day during a week and the next week 10 push-ups a day. And the following week after that 15 push-ups a day and so-on-and-on.

Intellectually: Ask questions. Yes, it is that simple. Yet, very important that you do this as such a practice can boost your reasoning ability requiring more brain work as opposed to just observing information. So when engaging on a new topic ask questions and listen more. Do practice this daily, even if you have to ask the questions to yourself. You have the internet as your #1 source. The heck! And If you know more people then ask them too! I do this every day. I ask questions about what’s happening with the stock market currently even if I am not savvy, I am sure someone else might know a lot more. The point here is to delve into the unknown there will always be someone to guide you.

Financially: Control your spending behavior. Yes, you can be working from home right now but this is not an excuse to go on a shopping spree. My trick here is to hide my wallet and lock down the shopping browsers of my favorite stores. That way when I am browsing online I only have access to learning and in doing so I end up saving more and focusing more on making money.

I hope you all stay safe and healthy! Make sure you drink lots of water!
